This was one of the first projects I ever set out to stitch, back around 2007. The first attempt was on white with all the blue in the sky filled in. After two months I put it away. After I finished the Dark Lord’s Apprentice, I decided it might be cool to do sort of the same thing (negative space for the background), obviously just much more less abstract:

On the business side of things, this is the 150th post at Han Stitched First! You read that right: one-five-zero! A big thanks to everyone who has visited the site, left a comment, told a friend and especially those who continue to stitch cool Star Wars stuff and letting me share it with the rest of the galaxy! When you consider that the site wasn’t even around until YEARS AFTER Episode III, the future looks even more exciting. May The Stitch Be With You All.
